Wholesale Terms and Conditions for UK Customers

Minimum Order: £150 minimum order (inc VAT) for all UK orders. International orders are subject to weight and location. 

Delivery + Shipping: We send via Royal Mail/Parcelforce signed for courier service for a set price of £9.50 Orders over £250 are shipped free of charge for UK mainland customers.

Order Lead times: Once your order is received it will be processed and we will aim to despatch it between 2-7 days depending on order size and stock availability. If you need to change your order please get in touch and we can try and accommodate it. The dispatch date to be confirmed upon payment or receipt of order.

Faults + Returns: All orders are non-refundable unless faulty. On receipt of goods all items must be inspected by customer and faulty, damaged or missing goods must be notified by email/telephone within 7 working days of receipt. 

New customers: Payment will be made Pro Forma or via the payment portal on this website and goods will be dispatched according to our current lead times and once payment has cleared.  We can also accept payment by BACS and Paypal. 

Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice and include VAT.

Overdue Accounts: In the event of an invoice becoming overdue The Make Arcade reserves the right to withhold the delivery of any shipments until payment is made and has cleared. All goods remain the property of The Make Arcade until payments have cleared.
